1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on creationsbycortney.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Products & Services

Creations by Cortney offers handmade, custom-designed physical products and digital downloads. Because items are made to order, slight variations may occur.

I reserve the right to update product listings, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Processing Time

Processing times vary by product and are listed on each item page. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. If delays occur, I will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery times are outside of my control.

Creations by Cortney is not responsible for:

USPS delays
Lost or stolen packages
Packages marked “delivered”
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because items are personalized and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations:

Physical items: Accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
Digital items: Not eligible for cancellation once downloaded.

Refunds are only issued if an error was made on my part.

6. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (name, age, colors, etc.). I do not recreate or use copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarked designs.

Proofs are available upon request before production.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product photos, and content on creationsbycortney.com are the property of Creations by Cortney LLC.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce my designs
Claim my artwork as your own
Use my designs for commercial production
Remove watermarks or branding from digital files

You may use purchased items for personal events and celebrations.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. Any attempt to misuse, hack, or disrupt the site is strictly prohibited.
