Refund policy

1. Overview

All items at Creations by Cortney are handmade, custom-designed, and created with care. Because many products are personalized or made to order, please review the policy below before purchasing.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized and custom nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Please double-check all spelling, colors, and customization details before placing your order.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Physical items: Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Digital items: Cancellations are not available once files have been downloaded.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an error was made on my part.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • USPS delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked “delivered”

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after the item has been made

  • Digital downloads after files have been accessed

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours so I can help resolve it.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send:

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number

If the issue was due to my mistake, I will gladly replace or correct the item.
