How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite theme, add your child’s name and age, and complete checkout. If you need a custom theme, you can submit a request and I’ll design it for you.
Can you create a custom theme?
Yes! I specialize in personalized, non‑character designs. Tell me your colors, style, and party theme — I’ll create a custom design just for your child.
Will I get a preview before you print?
Yes. Every custom order includes a digital preview for approval. Nothing is printed until you confirm the design.
Can I request changes to my preview?
Absolutely. Small adjustments like color changes, wording, or layout tweaks are included.
Shipping & Turnaround
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Custom themes may take an extra day depending on complexity.
Where do you ship from?
All items are handmade and shipped from Jacksonville, Florida.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — if you need something urgently, message me before ordering and I’ll confirm availability.
How long does shipping take?
Standard USPS shipping is typically 3–5 days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

What materials do you use?
I use premium materials including:

Everything is handmade with care.
Are your designs copyrighted?
I do not use trademarked or licensed characters. All artwork is original or non‑character themed to keep your order safe and compliant.
Are the puzzles durable?
Yes — puzzles are printed on photo paper and mounted on foam backing for strength and long-lasting use.
Coloring Packs & Party Favors
Can I customize coloring pages?
Yes! I can add your child’s name, age, and theme colors.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — discounts are available for larger party orders. Contact me for details.
What age groups are your favors best for?
Most items are perfect for ages 3–10, but puzzles and stickers work for older kids too.
Returns & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
Because items are custom-made, returns are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, I will make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before the design preview is sent. Once the preview is approved, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
