Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All items are handmade and created with care. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Custom, bulk, or high‑volume orders may require additional time. If any delays occur, I will notify you promptly.


2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking. Delivery times vary based on your location, weather, and postal volume.

Once a package is accepted by USPS, it is no longer within my control.

3. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Creations by Cortney is not responsible for:

  • USPS delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked “delivered”

  • Packages stuck in transit

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses

Refunds or replacements are not provided for postal delays or missing packages unless the issue was due to my error.

If your package is delayed or missing, I recommend:

  • Checking your tracking number

  • Contacting your local post office

  • Allowing a few extra days for USPS to resolve delays

If USPS returns the package to me, I will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


5. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with:

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number

If the damage occurred during production or packaging, I will gladly replace or correct the item.
